Jane's Addiction Show Canceled After Perry Farrell and Dave Navarro's On-Stage Fight in Boston
Jane's Addiction's frontman Perry Farrell was involved in an on-stage altercation with guitarist Dave Navarro during a performance in Boston, leading to the cancellation of their upcoming Bridgeport, Connecticut show.

The incident, captured on video and shared on social media, shows Farrell screaming at the crowd and attempting to physically confront Navarro. Crew members and bassist Eric Avery had to restrain Farrell, who reportedly threw punches at those involved.
Etty Lau Farrell, Perry's wife, explained on Instagram that the incident stemmed from excessive stage volume drowning out Perry's vocals. When audience members complained about not hearing his voice, Perry became frustrated. The situation escalated when the band started "Ocean Size" before Perry was ready, leading to a physical confrontation where the bassist allegedly put Perry in a headlock.
Despite this incident, most of Jane's Addiction's September and October tour dates remain scheduled, with their next performance set for September 18 in Toronto. The band has issued an apology to fans, and refunds are available for the canceled Bridgeport show through original points of purchase.
