Anthony Ricco, a seasoned attorney who previously defended clients linked to Osama bin Laden, has withdrawn from Sean "Diddy" Combs' defense team amid serious sex trafficking allegations.

According to TMZ sources, Ricco's departure stems from fundamental disagreements with lead attorney Marc Agnifilo over defense strategy. While Agnifilo maintains all sexual encounters were consensual, Ricco advocated for a different approach. The conflict escalated when Ricco's direct access to Diddy was restricted, preventing him from sharing his strategic recommendations.

Timing also played a crucial role in Ricco's decision. With the trial scheduled for May 5, Ricco believed more preparation time was necessary given the case's complexity. However, Agnifilo and co-counsel Teny Geragos insisted on proceeding as planned.
