Sean 'Diddy' Combs Hit With Seven New Sexual Assault Lawsuits as Legal Team Pushes for Gag Order
Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces multiple new lawsuits from seven additional accusers, with allegations spanning from 2000 to 2022. The most serious accusation comes from a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted at age 13 after being given alcohol at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 120 clients against Combs, filed the latest batch of lawsuits. The accusations include:
- A 13-year-old girl allegedly drugged and raped by Combs and two unnamed celebrities in 2000
- A personal trainer claiming he was drugged and sexually assaulted at a 2022 BET Awards afterparty
- Multiple other victims using John and Jane Doe pseudonyms for anonymity
Combs' legal team has requested a gag order from U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian to prevent "extrajudicial statements" that could impact his right to a fair trial.
Currently, Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn following his September 16 arrest on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty but remains in custody until his trial in May 2025 after being denied bail twice.
