According to the 17-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 27, the incident occurred at Cassie Ventura's apartment, where Bongolan was staying. Combs allegedly entered uninvited early morning, approached Bongolan on the balcony, and groped her before dangling her over the 17-story building's edge while shouting, "Do you know what the f—k you did?!"

The 4'11", 100-pound designer claims she struggled against Combs but was overpowered. Ventura intervened, prompting Combs to pull Bongolan back, only to slam her onto patio furniture.

The lawsuit details additional allegations:

  • Witnessed abuse between Combs and Ventura, including a knife-throwing incident
  • Claims Combs forcibly drugged her with suspected ecstasy during a photo shoot
  • Reports threats from Combs, including "I'm the motherf—king devil. I could kill you"

Bongolan seeks damages for physical injuries and ongoing mental and emotional distress. Currently, Combs remains in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, facing separate charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, having been denied bail three times.
