Lady Gaga has announced her seventh studio album "Mayhem," set to release March 7 via Interscope Records. The album features 14 tracks, including previously released singles "Disease" and "Die With a Smile."
Executive produced by Gaga, Michael Polansky, and Andrew Watt, "Mayhem" explores themes of chaos and transformation while celebrating music's unifying power. The album represents a reimagining of Gaga's early pop sound rather than a simple throwback.
"The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved," Gaga explains. She describes the creative process as "reassembling a shattered mirror: even if you can't put the pieces back together perfectly, you can create something beautiful and whole in its own new way."
The third single and music video from "Mayhem" will debut during a commercial break at the 2025 Grammy Awards on February 2. The full tracklist will be announced later.
Upcoming appearances for Lady Gaga include:
- January 30: FireAid benefit concert alongside Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Stevie Nicks, and Joni Mitchell
- March 17: Receiving the 2025 iHeartRadio Innovator Award
- April: Headlining performance at Coachella
