A judge has approved Megan Thee Stallion's legal team to question Tory Lanez under oath from prison regarding her lawsuit against online blogger Milagro Cooper.

The lawsuit, filed in October, accuses Cooper of collaborating with Lanez to damage Megan's reputation through cyberstalking, emotional distress, and privacy invasion. This includes allegations of sharing deepfake nudes and spreading misinformation about the 2020 shooting incident, for which Lanez is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence.
Judge Altonaga has characterized Cooper's online activities as "a campaign, not journalism." Cooper's attorney, Michael Pancier, maintains that Megan must still prove her claims with credible evidence.
While dealing with legal matters, Megan Thee Stallion has launched her premium tequila brand, Chicas Divertidas, inspired by a conversation with Beyoncé. The brand offers both blanco and reposado varieties.
Reports indicate that Lanez is currently working on a new album while incarcerated, alongside his alleged involvement in Cooper's campaign against Megan Thee Stallion.
