
IFPI Crowns Benson Boone's 'Beautiful Things' as Global Biggest Hit of 2024
Benson Boone's "Beautiful Things" has been crowned the biggest-selling single of 2024 by IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), topping their Global Single Chart across all digital formats.

Released in January 2024, "Beautiful Things" dominated paid subscription streaming, ad-supported platforms, and single-track downloads. This marks Boone's first appearance in an IFPI Global Chart Top 10, alongside multiple award wins including accolades at the Billboard Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, and NRJ Music Awards.
IFPI CEO Victoria Oakley praised Boone's achievement as a global breakout artist, highlighting the success of his partnership with Warner Records.

US artists dominated the Top 10, claiming nine spots, with Hozier being the sole international artist. The chart reflects a strong year for emerging artists, showcasing the music industry's ability to launch new global talent successfully.
