Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a $100 million+ defamation lawsuit against NBCUniversal, Peacock, and Ample Entertainment over their documentary "Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy."

The lawsuit challenges serious allegations made in the documentary, which premiered on January 14th despite warnings from Diddy's legal team. According to the complaint, the documentary falsely accuses Combs of multiple murders, including those of:

  • Kimberly Porter
  • The Notorious B.I.G.
  • Andre Harrell (Uptown Records founder)
  • Heavy D

The suit strongly denies these allegations, noting that each individual died of natural causes, except for Biggie Smalls. Additionally, the lawsuit addresses claims that Diddy attempted to murder Al B. Sure!, stating that Al B. Sure!'s medical issues were actually related to complications from bariatric surgery.

The legal action also refutes allegations about:

  • The existence of "Diddy tapes"
  • Claims of sex trafficking underage girls
  • Other "vile rumors" the documentary allegedly perpetuates

Notably, this lawsuit runs parallel to another $50 million defamation case Diddy filed against Courtney Burgess and attorney Ariel Mitchell. His legal team argues that these allegations could potentially interfere with his ability to receive a fair trial in his upcoming May criminal case.

According to the lawsuit, the documentary is "advancing an unhinged narrative" and spreading "fake news of the most damaging kind," causing significant harm to Diddy's reputation and legal situation.
