American artists dominated the global music scene in 2024, securing 9 out of the top 10 positions in IFPI's Global Singles Chart. Benson Boone claimed the number one spot with "Beautiful Things," marking his first appearance in the Top 10.

IFPI CEO Victoria Oakley praised the success of emerging artists, highlighting how their partnerships with record labels have led to international recognition. Taylor Swift was also named IFPI's Global Recording Artist of the Year, adding to her impressive list of achievements.
