The partnership combines Weeztix's open API ticketing technology with Weezevent's comprehensive solutions, including accreditation, cashless services, and access control systems. Event organizers will benefit from enhanced offerings while existing customers experience no service changes.

Joost Aane, Weeztix CEO, emphasizes that their team, product, and dedication remain unchanged, while Pierre-Henri Deballon, Weezevent CEO, highlights the synergy created to provide greater value across Europe.

Earlier this year, the company partnered with Spotify, enabling live music organizers to list events directly on the platform. This integration allows fans to purchase tickets through Weeztix-powered shops directly from Spotify's interface.

The European smart ticketing market shows promising growth:

  • Current revenue (2024): $4.57B
  • Projected revenue by 2030: $10.45B+
  • Expected growth rate (2025-2030): 14.9%
  • France leads with the highest projected CAGR

These developments position the merged company to capitalize on the rapidly expanding European ticketing market while enhancing the event organization and ticket-buying experience for all stakeholders.
