The acquisition represents a homecoming for Slipstream's founders Dan Demole and Jesse Korwin, who previously led Jingle Punks. Founded in 2021, Slipstream aims to revolutionize music licensing across multiple media platforms, including TV, film, advertising, gaming, social media, and brands.

Key aspects of the acquisition:

  • Jingle Punks: Production music agency
  • 5 Alarm Music: North America's largest independent production music library
  • Cavendish Music: UK's oldest and largest independent production music publisher

The platform will continue providing creator-safe music while expanding services for traditional media clients. Slipstream now serves content producers of all sizes, from individual creators to global enterprises.

Anthem Entertainment will maintain involvement through an investment in Slipstream, supporting the vision of combining creativity with technology to streamline music licensing for all content creators.

"Our focus is to blend creativity with technology, making it easier for TV networks and producers, brands, filmmakers, and creators of all sizes to find and license the perfect soundtrack for their content," says Jesse Korwin, Chief Revenue Officer of Slipstream.
