Key allegations in the indictment include:

  • Operating a criminal enterprise that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice
  • Organizing "freak off" parties where victims were forced into sex acts with commercial sex workers
  • Using illegal drugs to control victims
  • Recording sexual acts as blackmail material
  • Using business employees to facilitate and cover up alleged crimes
  • Physical assault of women, including "striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at and kicking them"

Federal agents seized 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant during raids on Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles homes. The U.S. Government is seeking to recover significant financial assets related to these alleged crimes.

In May 2024, Diddy apologized for violent behavior after leaked hotel footage showed him assaulting former girlfriend Cassie Ventura. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a New York courtroom.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated the investigation remains ongoing and encouraged witnesses to come forward. Diddy is currently being held without bail while awaiting trial.
