
Rimas Entertainment Expands Global Presence with Strategic Stake in Dale Play Records
Rimas Entertainment, the world's largest independent label, has acquired a significant stake in Dale Play Records, marking a major expansion in the Latin music industry. This strategic partnership combines two powerhouses in Spanish-language music while maintaining a partnership with Sony Music Entertainment.

Rimas Entertainment acquires Dale Play Records
The deal unites impressive rosters from both labels:
- Rimas Entertainment: Arcángel, Bad Bunny, Cris MJ, Eladio Carrión, Mora, and Quevedo
- Dale Play Records: Bizarrap, Duki, Nicki Nicole, and Rels B
Through this acquisition, Rimas Entertainment expands its global presence to include:
- Argentina (Dale Play's home base)
- Mexico
- Spain
- Uruguay
- Puerto Rico
- United States
Federico Lauria will continue as CEO of Dale Play Records, working alongside Noah Assad, CEO of Rimas Entertainment, and Jonathan "Jomy" Miranda, President of Rimas Entertainment. The partnership was facilitated with support from Sony Music Group Chairman Rob Stringer, Afo Verde, and The Orchard team.
"This alliance will allow us to break new boundaries and create opportunities for our artists and teams," said Noah Assad, emphasizing their shared commitment to artist development and creative freedom.
The partnership represents a significant milestone in Latin music, bringing together two independent labels that have launched some of the most influential Latin artists of the past decade.
