Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces a new sexual assault lawsuit from model Crystal McKinley, who alleges he drugged and raped her at a New York City studio in 2003.

According to the lawsuit, McKinley, then 22, met Combs at a Men's Fashion Week event where he invited her to his studio. At the location, she claims she was given Hennessy and cannabis that she suspects was laced with drugs, making her feel unusually impaired.
McKinley alleges Combs forced himself on her in a bathroom and attempted to coerce her into oral sex. She lost consciousness and later awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. Following the incident, she claims she was blackballed from the modeling industry, leading to severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004.
This lawsuit joins several other allegations against Combs, including cases filed by Cassie Ventura and Joi Dickerson-Neal. McKinley cited these cases as inspiration for coming forward with her story, stating she "had a moral obligation to speak up."
Combs recently released an apology video following the emergence of footage showing him assaulting Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016. The footage corroborates Ventura's allegations in her lawsuit, which was settled shortly after filing.
The music mogul is currently under federal investigation, with the Department of Homeland Security having raided his Florida and California properties in April.
