According to the lawsuit, LeMaistre met Metro Boomin in Las Vegas during spring 2016, while she was grieving the loss of her 9-month-old son. She claims that during a subsequent visit to his Los Angeles studio, she took half a Xanax and alcohol before losing consciousness. Upon waking, she alleges Metro Boomin was sexually assaulting her. She then claims to have blacked out again, later awakening in a Beverly Hills hotel room.

LeMaistre states she discovered she was pregnant following the incident and terminated the pregnancy in November 2016. She alleges Metro Boomin referenced the incident in his 2017 song "Rap Saved Me," which includes lyrics appearing to describe the situation.

The lawsuit seeks damages for mental pain and anguish, plus punitive damages. Metro Boomin has not yet publicly responded to these allegations.
