GXTP Drops 'Te'Kill'Ya' Single Featuring Killer Mike and Santana Collaboration
"Broken glass with lonely text"
GXTP has released their latest single "Te'Kill'Ya," featuring collaborations with rap icon Killer Mike and guitar legend Carlos Santana. The track showcases a unique blend of rock, rap, and Latin influences, continuing the band's tradition of genre-bending music.
The song follows GXTP's successful releases "Couldn't Keep the Faith" with Faris Zahid and "My Devil at Home" featuring Sueco. It combines Santana's signature guitar work with Killer Mike's powerful vocals, creating a distinctive sound that stands out in today's music landscape.
Sasha Sirota, GXTP member, expressed his excitement about the collaboration: "To have a banger with the legendary Santana and Killer Mike is something I could've never seen coming and couldn't be happier about."
Formed in 2020, GXTP consists of Sasha Sirota, Jason Paul, and Triple Sixx. The band gained prominence with their second single "Contraband," featuring Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee. "Te'Kill'Ya" serves as a preview of their upcoming sophomore album "Reloaded," scheduled for release in November.
The band's name references two significant items during the COVID-19 pandemic: guns and toilet paper, reflecting their ability to capture contemporary themes through their music while maintaining their characteristic blend of humor and social commentary.
