Apple Music Classical's latest update (version 2.1) introduces full Siri and CarPlay integration, significantly enhancing the user experience for classical music enthusiasts.

The CarPlay integration allows users to access their playlists, library, and recommendations directly through their vehicle's infotainment display. With iOS 18.1, users can now use Siri to search for:
- Composers
- Artists
- Musical works
- Instruments
Voice commands are available in seven languages:
- English
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Dutch
The app, launched in March 2023, offers over five million classical tracks to Apple Music subscribers at no additional cost. Built on the foundation of Primephonic, which Apple acquired in 2021, it features specialized classical music search capabilities and detailed metadata displays.
While this update brings Apple Music Classical closer to feature parity with the main Apple Music app, users are still waiting for native macOS and Apple TV support. Apple has indicated that additional language support for voice commands will be added in future updates.
