The free, ad-supported channel will showcase premium films and TV series, including popular franchises like 'The Expendables,' 'The Hitman's Bodyguard,' and 'Rambo.' It will also feature the hit series 'Power' and its spin-offs, along with a dozen films starring 50 Cent himself.

Programming will include themed content blocks tied to 50 Cent's albums:

  • "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" block featuring heist films like 'Empire State' and 'Reservoir Dogs'
  • "I Like The Way She Do It" block showcasing female-led action movies including 'Kill Bill' and 'The Protégé'

50 Cent's G-Unit Film & Television is also expanding into other ventures:

  • New podcast "Surviving El Chapo: The Twins Who Brought Down a Drug Lord" through G-Unit Audio and iHeartMedia
  • Upcoming docuseries based on 'The Twins' podcast for BET+

The collaboration leverages Roku's extensive reach in free TV streaming and Lionsgate's content library, with both companies expressing confidence in the channel's potential success. The channel aims to provide a centralized destination for action content curated by 50 Cent, targeting his established fanbase.

"Roku's reach and success in the free TV space make them the perfect launch partner for 50 Cent Action," states 50 Cent. "My channel created in partnership with Lionsgate will deliver exactly what my audience loves to watch all in one place."
