2025 Grammy Awards Evolves: New In Memoriam Segment and Los Angeles Tribute Added to Lineup

The 67th Grammy Awards is introducing significant changes to its program, focusing on wildfire relief efforts and celebrating music icons. The ceremony will feature special tributes to Quincy Jones and the City of Los Angeles, alongside the traditional In Memoriam segment.

New performers joining the lineup include Brad Paisley, Brittany Howard, Chris Martin, Cynthia Erivo, Herbie Hancock, Jacob Collier, Janelle Monáe, John Legend, Lainey Wilson, Sheryl Crow, St. Vincent, and Stevie Wonder. They'll perform alongside previously announced artists like Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Shakira, and others.

The main ceremony will broadcast live on February 2 at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on CBS and Paramount+. The Premiere Ceremony begins earlier at 12:30 PM PT, streaming on the Recording Academy's website and YouTube channel, featuring performances by Yolanda Adams, Wayne Brady, Deborah Cox, and more.

In response to recent wildfires, the Recording Academy and MusiCares have raised over $4 million in emergency aid for affected music professionals. Many Grammy week events have been modified to support relief efforts for both the music community and Los Angeles residents.

The Premiere Ceremony will showcase additional performances by Joe Bonamassa, Joyce DiDonato, Bela Fleck, Renee Fleming, Muni Long, Kelli O'Hara, and Kevin Puts, along with appearances by Bob Clearmountain, Rhiannon Giddens, Queen Sheba, Anoushka Shankar, and Jimmy Jam.
