A key witness has provided testimony about controversial video footage related to Sean "Diddy" Combs, presenting potentially significant evidence to a New York grand jury.

Courtney Burgess claims to possess multiple flash drives containing footage from parties hosted by Combs. According to his testimony, the videos show eight prominent entertainment industry figures, including six men and two women, with some allegedly being underage at the time of recording.

The footage was reportedly provided by Kim Porter, Diddy's former partner, before her death in 2018. Along with the videos, Burgess has an unpublished manuscript of Porter's memoir, "Kim's Lost Words: A Journey For Justice, From The Other Side," which was briefly available on Amazon before being removed.

Attorney Ariel Mitchell, involved in the case, has confirmed the presence of high-profile celebrities in the footage, including someone allegedly more prominent than Combs himself. The identities remain undisclosed pending investigation.
