Under the new agreement:
- West One Music will handle worldwide administrative tasks
- MEP Capital maintains ownership of Q-Factory
- The catalog will be integrated into West One Music's website
- Robert Etoll joins West One's creative team in Los Angeles
West One Music, established in 2002, now operates in 15 countries with production studios and offices worldwide. This acquisition brings their total distinct labels to 16, strengthening their position in the production music industry.
Robert Etoll will continue contributing to the company's creative direction, bringing his expertise in trailer music and sound design to West One's existing operations.
