Tyler, The Creator is currently signed to Columbia Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. He signed with Columbia in 2019 for the release of his album "IGOR," marking a significant shift from his previous independent ventures.

Before Columbia, Tyler released music through his own record label, Odd Future Records, which he established with his hip-hop collective Odd Future. The label operated in partnership with RED Distribution and Sony Music Entertainment for distribution.

His early releases, including "Goblin" (2011) and "Wolf" (2013), were released through Odd Future Records and distributed by RED Distribution. "Cherry Bomb" (2015) and "Flower Boy" (2017) followed the same distribution pattern.

Since signing with Columbia Records, Tyler has released two critically acclaimed albums: - "IGOR" (2019) - Won Grammy Award for Best Rap Album - "CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST" (2021) - Also won Grammy Award for Best Rap Album

While maintaining his creative independence, Tyler's partnership with Columbia Records has provided him with major label resources while allowing him to maintain artistic control over his music and visual content. He continues to operate his own creative company, Golf Wang, alongside his music career.

It's worth noting that Tyler maintains ownership of his master recordings, which was a key factor in his decision to partner with Columbia Records rather than sign a traditional record deal. This arrangement exemplifies the modern approach many artists take to maintain creative and business autonomy while leveraging major label distribution and marketing capabilities.
