Andrew Tate's misogynist podcast "Pimping Hoes" has been removed from Spotify following employee complaints and a 92,000-signature online petition. The content violated Spotify's policy prohibiting dehumanizing statements about persons or groups.

A Spotify spokesperson confirmed the removal was due to policy violations rather than public pressure. While this specific podcast was removed, other Tate content remains available on the platform, including material about "how to get girls fast and easy."

The removal comes as both Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan face serious legal charges in Romania, including human trafficking of minors and sex with minors. Romania's DIICOT agency alleges they used "loverboy" methods to exploit victims for online pornographic content, generating over $2.8 million in illicit sales.

Spotify typically maintains a cautious approach to content removal. For example, when R. Kelly was convicted in 2018, his music was removed from playlists but remained available for streaming under the platform's "Hateful Conduct" policy.
