A new lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court alleges that Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy in 2005. The lawsuit is part of approximately 120 new cases being brought forward by attorney Tony Buzbee.

According to the filing, the anonymous accuser (John Doe) was taken to Combs' hotel room for what was described as an audition. The suit alleges that the boy was given a drugged beverage, after which Combs sexually assaulted him and threatened harm to his parents if he spoke about the incident.

A second lawsuit was filed the same day by another John Doe, who claims Combs sexually assaulted him in 2008 when he was 17 during auditions for "Making the Band."

Combs' legal team has denied all allegations, stating these claims are "publicity stunts" and "demonstrably false." The music mogul is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on separate charges including racketeering and sex trafficking, with his trial scheduled for May 2025. He has pleaded not guilty and been denied bail twice.
