This groundbreaking collaboration will enable fans to earn revenue alongside their favorite artists by purchasing shares of music royalties. The platform allows creators to fractionalize their royalty revenue streams, creating a new alternative asset class for music investment.

Roc Nation Vice Chairman Jay Brown emphasizes the evolution toward a shared ecosystem: "Our mission is to support artists while providing everyone access to music industry financial opportunities."

Musicow US CEO Woo Rhee adds that the partnership aims to "drive innovation and redefine the future of our industry."

Key Features of the Roc Nation-Musicow Partnership:

  • First MESP in the United States
  • Allows fans to invest in music royalties
  • Enables artists to fractionalize royalty revenue
  • Early users receive $10 in their Musicow wallet

Notably, while not mentioned in announcements, Musicow holds several patents related to music tokenization via NFTs on blockchain technology. The company, established in South Korea in 2017, has successfully capitalized on superfan engagement in the Korean market.

Early registration is now open for users who wish to participate when the service launches in early 2025.
