Paramount+ Reveals Intimate Documentary Following Ozzy Osbourne's Final Performance Journey
Paramount+ revealed a new feature-length documentary "Ozzy Osbourne: No Escape From Now," chronicling the rock legend's recent struggles and his preparation for a final performance.
The documentary, currently in production, captures Osbourne's journey since his life-altering fall in 2019. "The last six years have been full of some of the worst times I've experienced," Osbourne shares. "Making music and two albums saved me. I'd have gone nuts without music."

BAFTA Award winner Tania Alexander directs the film, which began filming in early 2022 during the recording of Patient Number 9, Osbourne's 13th studio album. The documentary will culminate with Ozzy's final performance alongside Black Sabbath in Birmingham on July 5.
The film features exclusive access to Ozzy, Sharon Osbourne, and their children, alongside appearances from notable musicians including:
- Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath)
- Duff McKagan (Guns N' Roses)
- Robert Trujillo (Metallica)
- Billy Idol
- Maynard James Keenan
- Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers)
- Zakk Wylde
Sharon Osbourne emphasizes the documentary's authenticity: "This film honestly shows how Ozzy has dealt with serious health issues, including Parkinson's, and demonstrates his remarkable courage throughout these challenges."
The project is produced by Echo Velvet in partnership with the Osbournes and MTV Entertainment Studios, with executive producers Bruce Gillmer, Amanda Culkowski, Phil Alexander, and Sharon Osbourne. The documentary will premiere on Paramount+ later this year.
"My fans have supported me for so many years," Ozzy reflects. "I want to thank them and say a proper goodbye at the Villa Park show."
