Live Nation and concert promoter SJM have announced plans to invalidate approximately 50,000 Oasis UK concert tickets due to unauthorized reselling. This affects roughly 4% of the total 1.4 million tickets originally released for the Oasis Live '25 reunion tour.

The invalidation applies to tickets resold through unauthorized secondary platforms outside of Ticketmaster and its official resale partner Twickets. This measure aims to combat profit-driven ticket reselling, as some tickets appeared on secondary sites at thousands above face value within hours of the initial sale.

Despite the invalidation warning, secondary ticketing website Viagogo maintains it will continue offering Oasis Live '25 tickets, claiming they represent only 2% of total tickets alongside StubHub.

Key points for ticket holders:

  • Only tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers will be invalidated
  • Official purchases through Ticketmaster or Twickets remain valid
  • Invalidations will occur in the coming days
  • Fans are urged not to purchase from unauthorized websites

The UK shows initially used dynamic pricing, which saw some ticket prices rise from £150 to £350 face value. Following criticism, the band chose not to implement dynamic pricing for their US tour dates.
