The deal encompasses over 350 works written or composed by Sinclar (born Christophe Le Friant) and published through Mighty Bop Sessions. The catalog includes several dance music classics such as:

  • "World Hold On" (2006) - achieving approximately one billion Spotify streams across all versions
  • "Love Generation"
  • "The Beat Goes On"
  • "Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now)"

Sinclar, 56, recently released a new EP through his Yellow Productions label and expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: "I'm very excited about this new journey with Warner Chappell Music. Their entire team has been incredibly motivated and I'm sure we will do great things together!"

Warner Chappell France senior A&R executive Valentin Zucca praised Sinclar as "a fervent representative of the French Touch" and acknowledged his significant influence on dance culture and artists worldwide.

This signing follows several major moves in the dance music industry, including:

  • Reservoir's acquisition of New State (UK)
  • Create Music's 50% purchase of Enhanced Music
  • Believe's 25% stake in Global Records
  • Armada Music's BEAT's acquisition of Tiga's masters

The agreement reinforces Warner Chappell's commitment to expanding its presence in the dance music sector while securing representation of one of electronic music's most influential catalogs.
