Creed Singer Scott Stapp Claims He's Broke and Homeless After Money Theft
Creed frontman Scott Stapp has revealed he is facing serious personal and financial difficulties in a video posted to the band's Facebook page. The singer, who has been estranged from his bandmates since 2012, claims he is currently homeless and broke due to alleged financial mismanagement.

According to Stapp, several parties both within and outside his record label have stolen his royalties and other funds. He also alleges that the IRS froze his accounts during an investigation and that his bank account was hacked, resulting in additional financial losses.
While Stapp maintains he has remained sober throughout this period, recent reports from Gossip Extra indicate his wife has filed for divorce, citing alleged drug use and erratic behavior. She unsuccessfully sought emergency custody of their children. Stapp firmly denies these allegations of substance abuse and claims he is being targeted.
The situation marks a dramatic turn for the musician, who released his second solo album through Wind Up Records approximately a year ago. The other members of Creed have not been in contact with Stapp since the band's 2012 hiatus.
