Founded in 1983 by Larry and Kay Payton, Celebrity Attractions has established itself as a premier presenter of live entertainment, known for prioritizing relationships and service. The company will maintain local operations in both current offices, overseeing Broadway series in Tulsa, OK, Little Rock, AR, and Springfield, MO.

The acquisition provides Celebrity Attractions with essential support and resources for continued success in the evolving touring entertainment landscape. As a founding member of the Independent Presenters' Network (IPN), the company has invested in numerous Tony Award-winning productions, including recent hits "Moulin Rouge: The Musical" and "The Outsiders."

Celebrity Attractions actively participates in the Jimmy Awards through two regional programs: the Discovery Awards in Tulsa and the Broadway Bound Awards in Little Rock. The company is also an active member of the Broadway League.

Kristin Dotson, CEO of Celebrity Attractions, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition: "This new relationship with ATGE will open a world of growth and possibilities while maintaining our trademark customer service and community partnerships."

Kristin Caskey, ATGE's Chief Content Officer, North America, acknowledged the company's legacy: "Larry Payton was a pioneer in the touring industry. The longevity of Celebrity Attractions demonstrates the great care the Payton family put into the business."

The transaction was facilitated by Lisbeth R. Barron and Barron International Group as financial advisors to ATGE, with Foley & Lardner, LLP serving as legal advisor. Eller & Detrich acted as Celebrity Attractions' legal advisor.
