AEI Music Creates New Venture Fund to Support Music Industry Outsiders and Underrepresented Founders
AEI Music has launched AEI Ventures, a new investment initiative targeting entrepreneurs outside the traditional music and hospitality industries, with a particular focus on historically excluded and marginalized founders.

As a certified B Corporation, AEI Music will maintain its commitment to high environmental and social standards through this new venture. The fund will operate independently, using reinvested profits from AEI Music's operations rather than external funding.
Selected founders will receive:
- Direct financial investment
- Access to a collaborative innovator network
- Mentorship opportunities
- Ongoing peer support
The initiative builds on the success of The Halley, AEI's East London shared workspace and production studios, which has already fostered successful collaborations among music-driven creatives, artists, and businesses. The Halley will serve as an incubator for potential AEI Ventures investments.
"We've consistently found success working with industry outsiders, whether as founders or staff members," says Diluk Dias, Co-Founder & CEO at AEI Music. "AEI Ventures will expand this approach beyond dance music into broader music and hospitality sectors."
Sarah Cole, Chief Operating Officer at AEI Music, emphasizes the initiative's transformative potential: "This fund represents a crucial step in reshaping music industry culture by providing access and investment opportunities to previously underserved communities."
